Meet The team

Janine Newman

Janine is a dynamic and compassionate person who has dedicated many years of her life to the education of others. Whether it was teaching Elementary school or educating adults about financial topics, Janine has been committed to making education accessible and effective.

Her interest in financial topics led her to co-host a weekly radio show about money matters and to provide financial seminars across California and Eastern Australia. Janine spent many years as a child among seniors when her mom worked as a nurse in a senior community. Janine has come full circle dedicating her later years to ensuring seniors faced with the challenge of finding their next home when unable to remain in their own home, to be able to make the best choice for their future.

Janine has owned property since she was 21 and has been a property investor her whole life. She has a strong knowledge base of the real estate industry and will be able to assist seniors with the sale of their home, when that time comes. Janine lives in San Diego with her husband and 2 cats.
